Aluflexpack manufactures flexible packaging solutions for end markets such as coffee & tea, pharmaceuticals, pet food, confectionery and dairy products and has 35 years of experience in converting aluminum and plastic foils into high-quality end products. Solid expertise, service flexibility and innovative strength are the bases for long-term customer relationships with locally operating companies and large international companies.

On 16 February 2024, Montana Tech Components signed an offer to acquire around 57% of the shares in Aluflexpack AG from the Austrian packaging manufacturer Constantia Flexibles.
